With the Court established in Madrid, game became popular, including wild boar, fallow deer, and especially partridge and pheasant. With regards poultry, the most popular is chicken. "Casquería", or alternative meats include: fried giblets, sweetbreads, etc., and are typical Madrid dishes. The people of this city love pickles: gherkins, olives.

Stunning Blue Haven Beach in Esperance. Blue Haven really was a bright, blue haven! We walked around the rocks of Blue Heaven beach to explore further. Salmon Beach. Salmon Beach is one of the more unique beaches along the Great Ocean Drive, as its waves are more aggressive than the other beaches. We spent a good 20 minutes just watching Salmon.

Section 1: Esperance to Fourth Beach. This section covers the beaches at West Beach, Blue Haven Beach, Salmon Beach, and Fourth Beach. To get a great view you should definitely call in at the Observatory Point. This windy spot is great for wind and kite surfers and the view from the carpark is special.

Blue Haven. Location: Twilight Beach Road As its name suggests, Blue Haven is one of the most stunning, blue-watered beaches in Esperance. The beach is a 'haven' on those windy days, as it offers protection from the typically prevailing winds. This beach is perfect for snorkelling as there is much to see around the headland.
